- The egg shape looks very realistic.
- There are a lot of details on the bottom of the egg and in the mouth.
- The teeth and the shading in between the teeth are well done.
- It would have been better if the shading in the egg of the head looked smoother.
- The eyes are too far apart from the rest of the skull.
Did people 'read' your abstract portrait accurately?
People read my dad very accurately, they said that he has a protected center and it takes time to get to know him. They also said that he has different levels of madness which is very true, he can get slightly angry, very angry or filled with rage. There was one part where someone said that he has a lot of conflicted thoughts but I don't think that's true other than him working, he works a lot and gets frustrated easily after a long day of working. One person said that he loves watching TV, that is extremely true, he loves TV and the news but i'm not sure why they said that.

ATL Reflection.
I was not here for the first of second lesson so I was a little late to the skull art, however I managed myself and caught up, I set a specific time for when I should finish the egg or the sunglasses bone, and it worked out very well. Now, I am very close to finishing and I will manage my time to finish the skull art in this lesson. We then started looking at muscles and facial features. For the muscles, I used my research skills to look up a good source for what muscles look like in real life and coloured in red where it was said as you can see on the 5th picture above. We then made the facial features and cut them out to make them fit our real features. I think I did well in that section because as you can see above, they all fit me well. We started looking at Stanley Spencer's portraits and cut them in half and painted the half that we cut off. I used my social skills with Danil, we both had the same portrait so we both used the same paint and mixtures and discovered together how to make certain colours. Last lesson, we started looking at and drawing abstract portraits of someone we knew well. I drew my dad and used my thinking skills to think of how his personality is, I added in the middle a pink-ish colour where his true feelings were, and around it was "metal" to signify that he was very closed off. There were happy areas, confused areas and areas levels of anger.
